The Property Management System (PMS) plays a central role in hotel operations and within the hotel tech ecosystem today, and we wanted to learn more about how hoteliers viewed this piece of technology.
Benchmark Research Partners surveyed 56 COOs, CTOs, CIOs, and other senior operations and technology leaders to understand how they view Property Management Systems today. These hotel executives represented hotel brands with between 10-500 properties in North America, Europe, and Asia. The study was conducted by a mix of phone and web surveys.
